20 Sep 2006 - BT Education Programme Communication Skills Roadshow

Years 4, 5 and 6 welcomed three actors from BT's Education Programme Communication Skills Roadshow into the school. The team of actors put on a drama presentation 'in the round' focusing on the importance of effective communication. This was followed by separate workshops in the classrooms. We received very positive feedback from the children on the event and, once again, our pupils proved themselves wonderful ambassadors for our school. They listened and cotnributed well during the performance and in the follow-up workshops. The visitors were very impressed; they commented on their exemplary behaviour, wonderful listening skills and mature contributions to questions.
